Tram Cars operate during the season along the two miles of the Wildwoods Boardwalk from 16th Street in North Wildwood to Cresse Avenue at the Wildwood/Wildwood Crest end.

The yellow and blue trams have been traversing the boards since June 11, 1949.They were originally built for the 1939 New York World’s Fair and brought to Five Mile Beach by S.B. Ramagosa.

Operation begins at 11am and generally goes until the amusement piers close. A one-way ride is about thirty minutes. Take advantage of the $6 Hop On Hop Off Wristbands until 5pm.  You may get on or off anywhere along the route – reentry requires a hop on hop off wristband or another fare. A one way ticket costs $3 and discount ticket books are available at 25 tickets for $50.Take a look at the map below for the details about which tickets, wristbands, etc. are available at the various Boardwalk locations including the Tram Office at: 5308 Boardwalk (Cresse and Boardwalk).
