Starting on June 25th
In partnership with the Wildwood Business Improvement District (WBID), Atilis Gym, Wildwood will host a Bootcamp style training program on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 8:30 to 9:30 am.
This program will be made up of time-based interval circuits. All fitness levels can participate by working the circuits at their own intensity level. Each circuit will mix cardio moves with multi-joint strength exercises so you torch the maximum amount of calories while toning every inch.
